What Should My Child Wear to Gymnastics?

We recommend comfortable and tight fitting athletic attire, like leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. Gymnastics style leotards are highly recommended! Clothing with buttons, zippers, or snaps should not be worn. In addition, your child should avoid wearing jewelry to class.

Hair should be tied back and out of the way. Avoid using clips or hair ties that will hurt when rolled on.
